Smith; her children, Richard Dale Smith, John Lamar Smith (Lisa) and Sherene Wade (Phillip); her grandchildren, Charlie Smith, Andrew Smith, Erik Smith, Lydia Wade, Laurel Wade, Anna Smith and Gentry Smith; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Smith and Molly Smith. She is also survived by extended family and many loving friends.
