She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Davis and Mattie Davis; her husband Vernon Lovett; and her brother Matt Davis. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Smith (Melvin) and Ronnie Lovett; her brother E. H. Davis (Willodean); and her grandchildren, Alexander Smith and Lauren Lovett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews; and extended family.
