He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Jerome and Shirley Ann Berlin (Bottoms); and his mother-in-law Johnnie Sue of Washington. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Berlin; his daughter Brook Berlin; his stepson Jonah Fretwell; his grandson Ethan Fretwell; his brother Jerome Berlin (Vickie); and his pet Copenhagen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
