He is survived by: his wife Martha Seal Bendall; his children, Carrie Annette Heath (Patrick Daniels) and Johnnie Shane Bendall; his grandchildren, Kaci Delane Kimbrough and Paige Daniels; his great grandchild Karlie Shae Kalmbach; and his siblings, Terry Bendall Sr. (Brenda) and Ann Hodge (Glenn). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
