He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Seay; and his parents, Bessie Seay and Litt Seay. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Cross Seay; his children, Dana Seay Chard (Tony) and Joseph Seay (Jill); his grandchildren, Erin Schallenkamp (Derek), Ben Chard (Maggie), Charlie Chard (Camie), Katherine Seay and Daniel Seay; his great grandchildren, Alec, Brian, Callie and Holland; his sisters, Peggy Beam and Sondra Seay; and his parents-in-law, Vickie, Norris Nielson, Randy and Kim Cross. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
