He was predeceased by: his parents, James Watts and Joan Watts; and his nephew Jake Watts. He is survived by: his children, Katie Bonds (Bruce), Denise Garcia (Wilmer), David Watts and Becky Watts; his siblings, Becky Rogers (Roy) and Joe Watts (Gloria); and his grandchildren, Gracie, Paula, Emma, Grayson and Jules. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a special cousin.
