Frederick; his grandson Jeffrey Johnson; his parents, George H. Johnson and Sarah Johnson; and his siblings, Gladys Elizabeth "Betty" Essman, Sarah Mae "Dee Dee" Johnson and Thomas Henry Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Johnson; his children, Edward L. Johnson, Barbara A. Kendrick, Brenda L. Gustin (Jim) and Linda Frederick; his grandchild Tracy Birge (Todd); his great grandchildren, Christian Tyler Doyle, Anna Sweeney (Chandler), Noah Gadker and Logan Johnson; his great great grandchild Xavier Sweeney of Kentucky; his stepson William Andy Lane (Susan); and his stepgrandchildren, Leah Tucker (Mark), Christy Morgan (Jon) and Meredith Stump (Charles).
