He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Garrard and Maggie Mae Garrard; and his brother Sid Garrard. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Green Garrard; his daughters, Kellie Garrard Bowling (Ronnie), Kristie Garrard Ezzell (Terry) and Maggie Garrard Jenkins (Chad); his grandchildren, Lauren Bowling Sams (Blake), Ryan Bowling, Logan Ezzell (Summer), Landon Ezzell (Faith), Owen, Eli and Allie Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Ryder Bowling, Brianna Sams and Patton Ezzell; and his sister Carolyn Garrard Winstead.
