He was predeceased by: his wife Zula Mae Greenhill Guinn; his parents, Minor Matthew Guinn and Fronia Petree Guinn; and his brothers, O. C., Voil, Troy, Orvil and Foy Guinn.
He is survived by: his children, James Guinn (Ginger Sumerel Guinn), Juanita Guinn Martin (James 'Tuck' Martin), Janet Guinn Griffin (Bill Griffin) and Florence; his grandchildren, Ashley Guinn Burchell (Adam), Braxton Guinn (Katie), Casey Guinn Stewart (Trace), Paige Martin, Kalon Borden (Lacey) and Garrett Borden (Jasmine); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Sadie Kate Guinn, Adley, Ellynn, Liles Burchell, Brady, Annaliese Stewart and Landon Borden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
