He is survived by: his son Jeff Franks (Johnna); his stepchildren, Shelly Raub, Shawnia Raub, Bruce Gottfried, Tony Gottfried, Basil Williams (Sherry) and Phillip Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Terry Franks (Carol), Patricia Franks, Donna Copeland and Janie Williams (OB). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
