He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Gail Orrick; his son Douglas Wayne Orrick; and his parents, Jim Orrick and Letha Orrick. He is survived by: his family, Krystals and Sunrisers; his daughters, Carolyn Orrick and Theresa Orrick Burns (Tracy); his grandchildren, Destiny Orrick McKinney, Austin Orrick, Katie Burns, Seth Burns, Alexandra Orrick, Nena Orrick, Mia Orrick and Diego Orrick; and his sister Mary Ann Bryant. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
