He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes O. Clark; and his brother-in-law Richard A. Yearick. He is survived by: his stepfather John A. Clark; his son Bo Brett Balentine; his sisters, Shelia Yearick and Brenda Bagwell; and his brother-in-law Bill Bagwell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
