She was predeceased by: her father Larry Ellis Sherrod. She is survived by: her mother Doris Cooper Sherrod; and her husband Mike Durham. She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL.
