He is survived by: his wife April Felicia Johnson; his children, Mattison Caldwell (Jonathan), Ariel Baker (Will Burns), Keria Reed, Bradley Oliver (Katelyn Streetman) and Shanna Hopper; and his brothers, Jason Johnson and Wade Woods (Bethany). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
