He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Joyce Flannagin; his sons, Wayne Flannagin and Arthur Flannagin; and his parents, Russell Flannagin and Eddie Mae Flannagin (Lancaster).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Angela Flannagin (Brent Jackson) and Kevin Flannagin; his great grandchild Grace Flannagin; his daughter-in-law Donna Flannagin Miles (Bryan); and his sisters, Rosa Lee Dawson and Alice Pennington. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
