He is survived by: his children, Elise Rosecrans Lowe, Abbigail Rosecrans Atkins and Sophia Rosecrans Atkins; his stepmother Patricia Rosecrans; his grandmothers, Sonja Mashburn and Gail Shewbert; and his siblings, Brandon Rosecrans (Dawn), Sunny Hughes (Joshua), Christina Fisher and Richard Cole, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
