He was predeceased by: his wife Lorene; his parent Joe Benson; and also Vera Ezzell Benson. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Benson and Shirley Seal; his brother Bill Benson (Ruth); and also, Chris Hilderbrand (Missy), Adam Hilderbrand, Josh Lewey (Ashton), Rylin, Jay and Ayla.
