He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy Godfrey Clark; his daughter Sara Dawn Clark; and his parents, Mack McGuire and Corine McGuire. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Czepinski (Tom) and Stephanie Vincent (Chad); his grandchildren, Nathan Vincent, Dalton Czepinski, Bryce Czepinski, Taylor Vincent and Chandler Czepinski; and his brothers, DeWayne Clark and Mack Clark. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
