He is survived by: his wife Karen Snyder Blaylock; his mother Christene Costillow Blaylock; his children, Kristen Blaylock Adams, Brandon Blaylock, Courtney Bowen and Brett Blaylock; his grandchildren, Tyler Gage, Matthew Liam, Soren Everett, Gloria Grace, Ransom Eli, Bethany Rose and Barrett Levi; and his sisters, Yvonne Blaylock Richardson, Lorene Blaylock Ufferman and Patricia Blaylock Langford.
