He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jessica Lindquist (Todd) and Jada Squyres (Matt); his granddaughters, Hayley and Addison King; his siblings, Connie Pendegraph and John Shewbart (Jamie); and his siblings-in-law, John McKinney, Randy McKinney (Cindy) and Charlotte Dyar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
