He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmon "Tracy" Underwood and Edith Underwood; his granddaughter Alexis Glass; and his siblings, Randall Underwood, Mac Underwood, Carolyn Houston, Betty Ann Lond, Lynn Nesbitt, Sandra Smith and Pat Rock.
He is survived by: his wife Lyndia Underwood; his daughters, Amanda Scott (Michael), Chanda Holland and Tessa Glass; his grandchildren, Dylan Chandler, Chason Scott (Ryleigh), Colton Chandler, Trey Glass, Austin Scott, Whittey Scott, Maddie Holland and Sam Holland; and his brothers, Roy Hardin and Billy Hardin. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
