He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Warhurst and Veta Mae Warhurst (Burnett); and his parents-in-law, Bobby and Rena Bendall. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bendall Warhurst; his sons, Trey Warhurst (Dakota) and Tanner Warhurst; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Lilah Warhurst; and his brothers, Tony Warhurst (Brenda) and Randy Warhurst (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
