She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Hendrix and Effie Hendrix. She is survived by: her spouse Cherry W.; her children, Daniel Smith (Gloria) of Nolensville, Lea Clark (Doug) of Gurley, Art Smith (Diane) of Huntsville and Sue Taylor of Franklin; and her sisters, Millie Foutch (Louisiana) and Doris Woodruff (Russellville). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
