He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Lewis and Lillian Lewis; and his siblings, Jerry Wayne Lewis, Mary Harbin and Betty Montgomery.
He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Kimbrough (Kenneth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
