It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Joy Seay of Russellville, Alabama, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond, Myrtle Cox, Houston and Johnnie Seay; and her aunt Mattie Earp.
She is survived by: her parents, Lance Oneal and Helen Seay (Cox); and her siblings, Susan Catherine Seay and Bradley Cox Seay.
