Hope, AL; his siblings, Ralph Odie Mears, Mary Frances Leeth and James Craford Mears; and his grandchildren, Courtney Terry (Chase), D. J. Atkins (Jordan), Jennifer McDowell (Alex), Deana Mears, Matthew Mears, Katelin Mears, Dakota Nelms, Ashley Nelms, Jacob Nelms, Hannah Nelms, Bradley Reed and Keria Reed. He is also survived by his twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
