She was predeceased by: her parents, George Butler, Sr. and Marilee Dilworth Butler; and her siblings, George Butler Jr. and Annie Louise Butler. She is survived by: her daughter Denisha Lee Blackwell; her grandchildren, Bradley Boyd (Keisha) and Jennifer LeMay (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Blackwell Boyd and Elise Corinne LeMay. She is also survived by husband, daughter, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
