He is survived by: his children, Marshall Allen "Chico" Ortiz and Angelina Newell (Ricky); his grandchildren, Christopher Allen Ortiz (Jessica), Brittany Lynn Terry and Zachary Newell; his great grandchild Autumn Lynn Ortiz; and his siblings, Robert Ortiz and Camella Ortiz.
