He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Holt and Gloria Smith; his grandparents, Tom, Daisy Holt, Edgar Nichols and Gertrude Thompson; and his sister-in-law Judy Holt.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Holt (Karlee) of Highland and Daniel Stout (Sandy); his grandchildren, Emma Holt, Joe Daniel Stout and Savannah Stout; his siblings, Sharon (Tracy) and Stanley Holt of Waynesboro, Tennessee; his friend Tammy Smith; and also Sandra Trousdale (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers to make donations to Lauderdale County Animal Shelter.
