She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyce Hazelwood and Ruby Hazelwood; her husband Johnney McKinney; her son Richard McKinney; and her siblings, James Earl Hazelwood and Faye Freeman.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Burroughs, Kenny McKinney and Mike McKinney; her grandchildren, Nicole, Stephanie, Adam, Katie, Linda, Roger and Brandon; and her siblings, Tommy and Becky Hazelwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
