She is survived by: her children, Dennis Clack and Diana Shafer; her grandchildren, Kathleen Shafer and Dennis Shafer; her great grandchild Jacob Boyd Shafer; her siblings, Donald Yates (Betty), Thomas Yates and Alice Eyler (Gerald); and her stepdaughters, Sue Cosby (Gary) and Bitsy Walczykowski.
