He is survived by: his wife Serrener Loney; his children, Rhonda Bass, Janet Heath (Gary), Dwight Newton and Michael Newton; his brother Charles Loney (Ann); and also, Shelby, Sharon, Brenda and Tommy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
