It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Staggs Sr. (Rogersville, Alabama), who passed away on October 30, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Staggs and Grace Staggs. He is survived by: his wife Esther Darlene Perren; his children, Brian Keith Staggs, Bobby Dale Staggs, Richard Carlson Staggs, III, Frankie Lea Cunningham and Sarah Grace Cunningham; and his siblings, Charles Staggs and Shirley Ann Vaughn.
