With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy L. James of Rogersville, Alabama, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 15, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Burlin James. He is survived by: his mother Elaine James; his children, Tiffany Abernathy (Ronny), Justin James (Jessica), Dakota James (Sydney) and Anabella James; his grandchildren, Ethan, Eli Rozelle, Camden Harris, Jackson, Griffin James, Raelyn Abernathy and Dean James; and his brother Tim James (Shelley).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
