It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Persuial Dale Phillips of Rogersville, Alabama, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chisolm Garner and Susie Garner; and her husband Luther Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Simpson (Eric), Jan Crosslin (Mike), Greg Phillips (Shannon), Jill Maner, Colby Simpson, Alex Simpson, Rusty Crosslin (Katie), Chad Phillips, Heather Phillips, Jake Maner (Britney) and Sydney Maner; and her siblings, Willa Mae Kretzer, Barbara Newton and Joe Mac Garner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
