He is survived by: his children, Sharon Quintana of Franklin, TN, Phillip Cosby (Patti) of Rogersville, David Cosby (Leann) of Rogersville, Michael Cosby (Angie) of Rogersville, Cathy Snoddy (Larry) of Rogersville and Dana Berry (Johnny) of Arab; his grandchildren, Chris Joiner (Kim) of Calagry, Jonathan Joiner (Cesar) of San Francisco, CA, Ryan Quintana (Luzia) of Norfolk, MA, Rory Quintana (Wera) of Oakland, CA, Derrick Cosby (Amanda) of Columbia, TN, Brent Cosby (Ann) of Rogersville, AL, Amber Almond (Michael) of Rogersville, AL, Katie Brackeen (Bryan) of Greensboro, NC, Whitney Cosby (George) of Madison, AL, Jessica Cummins (BJ) of Athens, AL, Kimberlyn Snoddy of New York, Lilli Snoddy of Rogersville, AL, Hannah Collier (Trevor) of Rogersville, AL, Lindsay Berry of Pensacola, FL and John Adam Berry of Athens, AL; his great grandchildren, Caleb Joiner (Ryoko), Chandler Joiner (Zach), Dylan Cosby, Sydney Aljohani (Hobi), Addison Maurer, Ella Cosby, Riley Cosby, Lana Almond, Gemma Almond, Hatti Brackeen, Harper Brackeen, Charlie Mac Collier and Hollis Collier; his great great grandchildren, Kotomi Joiner and Naomi Joiner; and his brother Bobby Cosby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rogersville Funeral Home (18275 US-72, Rogersville, AL 35652).

In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be made to Rogersville Senior Center.
