She is survived by: her children, Jason Smith (Judith), Matthew Dendy, Chealsey Balentine and Bridgett Smith (Timothy Pugh); her siblings, Donnie McCurry, Terry Chambers, Michelle Thomas and Christy Chambers; her grandchildren, Jase Vandiver, Jasper Vandiver, Alexia Smith, Allison Pugh, Makayla Pugh and Brittney Howard; and her great grandchild Luna.
