She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Chuck Ellsworth; and her parents, Villard A. "Doc" and Wilma C. Thornton. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Thornton Casteel and Cristopher Dale Casteel (Angie); her stepdaughter Leanne Lockamy (Ron); her granddaughter Madison Lane Casteel; her stepgrandchildren, Kate Reese, Jennifer Reese, Julie Wimberly, Mary Ellsworth, Laura Ellsworth, Drew Ellsworth, Trent Ellsworth, Zach Roberson (Kristen) and Blake Roberson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Mack Wimberly, Sawyer Ellsworth, Adeline Ellsworth and Reeder Braden Roberson; her brother Stephen Foster Thornton; and her nieces and nephews, Bridget Thornton Lamon, Derek Thornton (Elenore), Nate Thornton, Pierce Thornton, Payton, Grant and Griffin Lamon.
