She was predeceased by: her parents, Brown Newton and Ola Newton; her son Robert "Kent" Holden; her granddaughter Sheena Holden; and her brother-in-law Robert Dale Landers.
She is survived by: her husband Bud Hale; her great grandchild Ashton McLemore (Allie McLemore); her sister Carnelia Landers; and her nephew Gary Holden. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elkins East Chapel (7435 US-72, Killen, AL 35645). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
