She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McCafferty and Daisey Mae McCafferty; and her husband Robert Watters. She is survived by: her children, Barry Watters (Phyllis), Carl Watters (Garnett) and Esther Thornton (Jimmy); and her grandson James Thornton (Abbie). She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rogersville Funeral Home (18275 US-72, Rogersville, AL 35652). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Rogersville Volunteer Fire Department or the Rogersville Public Library.
