She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fay and Ruth Fay; her husband John F. Burke; and her brother Daniel J. Fay. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Fay (Clema), Nancy A. Fay and Lawrence T. Fay (Patricia). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
