He is survived by: his children, Troy Alan Bayes (Debbie) of Greenville, Todd Alexander Bayes (Andra) of Rogersville, Alabama and Jill Ann Jackson (Jason) of Jackson, Tennessee; his wife Patti Elaine Shaffer Bayes; his siblings, Lucille Ruble of Canton, Ohio, Ruth Ann Jackson of Sardis, Ohio, Connie Price of Ravenswood and Donald Bayes of Woodsfield, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Avery Alexander Bayes (Laura), Kate Bayes Tully (Kelton), Hannah Bayes Burchell (Buddy), Natalie Jackson Hammitt (Reagan), Lauren Ann Bayes, Jeffrey Tanner Bayes, Kara Beth Jackson, Dillon Shaffer Bayes and Allison Olivia Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Nora Tully, Eliza Tully, Jackson Bayes and Hunter Hammitt.
