He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Parker and Lillian Parker; and his siblings, Shelton Dewayne Parker and Laneeta Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Lousie Parker; his sons, John Orval Parker and Delton Wayne Parker; his sister Darlina Hicks; his grandchildren, Allan Wayne Parker (Nikki), Christina, John P. Katie and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Lillian, Lila and Jayce.
