He is survived by: his wife Teresa Holt; his children, Stacey Holt, Carol Lard (Mike), Chastity Key (Charlie), Jessica Box (Randy), Daniel Holt (Amanda) and Amberly Holt; his grandchildren, Coby, Kayla, Kirstin, Ricky, Andrew, Katelyn, Breonna, Halley, Anslee, Madisyn, Bella, Braxton and Alex; his great grandchild Gunner; and his siblings, Gary Holt (Carolyn) and Lisa Chandler (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
