He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dianna Latty; his sons, John Charles Latty (Renee) and Jamey Micheal Latty; his grandchildren, Julian Micheal Latty, Chancellor Meade Latty, Whitney Cates-Rutland (Brad) and Ashley McPheters (Daniel); his siblings, Ray Latty (Teri), Roy Latty (Teresa), Helen Sanford (Calvin) and Ann Pruit (James); his brother-in-law Jim Meade (Sharon); and his close friends, Doug Ray, Scott Robinson, Gary Conaway, Kenneth Rowland, Harvey Wade, Diane Battles, Rose Martinez and Mark Cosby. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
