It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Buster Thornton (Rogersville, Alabama), who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny C. Thornton and Edith Easter Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Thornton; his sons, Jason Thornton (Beverly), Mark Thornton and Randy Thornton (Faye); his stepchildren, Renee Sandy (Ricky) and Roy Pigg; and his siblings, Joyce Steen (Bill) and D. C. Thornton (Lisa). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and lots of friends.
