She is survived by: her husband Tommy Ray Tinney, Sr. of Rockford; her children, Brittany Tinney, Amy Tinney, Heather Tinney, Tommy Ray Tinney, Jr., Chris Cox, Tommy Willier and Sheldon Willier; her grandchildren, McKinely Grace Tinney, Bradley Ryan Tinney and Zachary Godwin; and her sister Tory Barksdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Radney Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
