She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter LeCroy and Mary Etta Thomas LeCroy; her husband Alford Clarence Cardwell; her son Donald Frank Cardwell; and her siblings, Berta Samford, Alta Dunlap, Clara Culver, Cleo LeCroy and Valford LeCroy.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Darrel Cardwell (Glenda) of Rockford, Alabama and Ann Cardwell Brown of Midlothian, Virginia; her grandchildren, Amanda Carones (Francesco), Darrell Cardwell (Tammie), Patrick Brown (Liz) and Stuart Brown; and her great grandchildren, Sandro Carones, Milo Carones, Carson Cardwell, Mackenzie Cardwell, Reagan Cardwell and D. J. Cardwell.
