Phillips; her children, Betty Phillips Stricklen (Martin), Richard Hiram Phillips (Carleta), Donald Keith Phillips (Donna) and Gary Marvin Phillips (Angela); and her sisters, Emogene Austin, Louise Price, Annie Lee Ward and Mable Austin. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
