She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Lafayette London, Sr.; her parents, Ralph Bulger Burks and Emma Julia Waites Burks; and her sister Juliette Dillard. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda L. Copen, Janice Anderson and Thomas L. "Tony" London (Kim). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
